What is personally identifiable information?

Personally identifiable information is any data that could be used to identify a specific individual. This includes the following information: your real name, address, postal address, email address and telephone number. It does not include information that cannot be linked to your real identity, such as pages you mark as favourites or the number of users on a site for example.

All personal data transmitted is encrypted, for example using the TLS/SSL protocol (Transport Layer Security/Secure Sockets Layer). We constantly review such security measures in line with advances in technology and to take any changes in the relevant regulations into account.

What do we do with your data?

As a matter of course, we will safeguard the confidentiality of all information you provide. We use personal information to track your product orders, downloads or registrations for events, seminars, training courses or competitions, and also for sending you specific information, offers, MIK info bulletins and invitations to the email address you specified.
Whenever you use services on our website that require registration (downloads or registrations), we will ask for your name and other personal information. The date, time or other pages viewed may also be recorded for analysis purposes.
