Corporate Planning

Many companies are unable to translate strategic goals into effective individual measures. It’s often the case that strategic management and operational management systems are at odds. The main reason for this is inadequate integration of structural and business-related data, and problems with planning, performance measuring and communication issues.
MIK’s declared objective is to overcome these problems with a comprehensive management/business application. At the same time, MIK works with the existing specific structure in its client enterprise and takes operational dependencies into account. Results from individual operational planning structures such as anticipated sales, overheads and capital budgets etc. are allowed to flow into each other to form a vertical corporate planning structure. In addition to this, horizontal corporate planning issues such as P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow accounts are also balanced with each other, reducing the amount of time and effort spent on coordination.
Please feel free to contact us to discuss your needs. We would also be delighted to arrange for you to speak with some of our other customers.
